The Students tab provides lecturers with a comprehensive overview of all students enrolled in a course. This section is designed to help lecturers manage, monitor, and communicate with their students efficiently.

Features

1. List of Enrolled Students

  • Displays a table or list of all students currently enrolled in the course.
  • Each entry typically includes the student’s name, student ID, email address, and other relevant information.

2. Student Details

  • By clicking on a student’s name or profile, lecturers can view detailed information about the student, including:
    • Attendance Record: View the student’s attendance history for the course.
    • Schedule: See the student’s timetable or upcoming classes for the course.
    • Study Plan: Access the student’s academic plan or progress within the course.

3. Download Student List

  • Lecturers can download the entire list of enrolled students as a file (e.g., CSV or Excel format) for offline reference or record-keeping.
  • The download option is usually available as a button or menu item within the tab.

4. Send Email to All Students

  • The tab provides a feature to send an email to all students enrolled in the course.
  • This is useful for making announcements, sharing resources, or providing important updates.
  • The email can be composed directly within the platform, and all students will receive the message in their registered email inboxes.

How to Use

  1. Access the Students Tab:
    • Navigate to your course page and select the Students tab from the menu.
  2. View Student List:
    • Browse the list to see all enrolled students. Use search or filter options if available.
  3. View Details:
    • Click on a student’s name to view their attendance, schedule, and study plan.
  4. Download List:
    • Click the download button to export the student list.
  5. Send Email:
    • Use the “Send Email” feature to compose and send a message to all students at once.
